Usage & Heating Tips:

For best results, ensure hair is an ideal length before waxing

Always keep the wax heater lid closed while heating the wax cartridge for faster, more efficient melting.

Remove the protective strip from the roller head only once the wax cartridge is fully heated.

Heating time: 30 minutes upwards depending on the amount of wax in the cartridge. A full cartridge could take a little longer, check and see.

Ensure wax is heated to a thin, smooth consistency for proper adhesion and removal with wax paper.

Important Tips & Safety Notes

Heating time: Heating time varies from 30 upwards depending on the wax amount in the cartridge. Keep the lid closed while heating to retain wax temperature.

If the wax does not roll smoothly: The wax may not be fully melted – heat longer until the wax rolls on easily.

If the wax roller head feels sticky or stuck: Clean with a damp cloth(water squeezed from the cloth). When the cartridge is heated, wipe the roller head until it rolls smoothly.

New wax cartridges: Sometimes have wax stuck under the roller head due to temperature changes during transportation. Clean the wax roller head before use, using a damp cloth (water squeezed from the cloth).

Bruising or burns: May occur if the wax is under heated or overheated. Always test wax temperature on a small area before applying to the larger skin sections.

Maintenance: Regularly clean your wax heater machine, wax roller cartridges, and cartridge heads to ensure long-lasting performance.

Storage: Always store your wax hair removal products, wax heater, wax cartridge upright to prevent leakage and damage.

How to use the Water-Soluble Roller Wax Cartridges Sugaring?

Clean the skin properly, ensure skin is clean and dry from any residue using a Pre Wax Treatment Spray
Insert the sugar wax cartridge into your wax heater machine; plug in and switch on.
Heat the wax cartridge for 30 minutes upwards depending on the quantity of wax, until the wax is fully melted and consistent.
Always test -roll the wax onto a piece of depilatory wax paper first and perform a small skin-patch test to ensure no adverse reaction. Allow proper temperature adjustment to avoid burns or bruising.
Pull the skin taut and roll the wax in the direction of the hair growth.
Apply the wax paper strip over the wax, press firmly in the direction of the hair growth, remove the wax strip in the opposite direction of hair growth, keeping skin taut.
After wax hair removal treatment, wipe the waxed area with a clean, damp cloth or towel. (water squeezed from it)
Clean the wax heater and cartridge for next use before storing
