Follow these easy steps below to complete your purchase
1. Login / Register
- Click on the Login/Register tab at the top right of the website.
- New customers can create an account using their email address and a password.
- Returning customers can simply log in.
- You can also register during checkout after selecting your products.
2. Add Products
- Browse our products using the menu.
- Select the items you’d like and add them to your cart.
3. Checkout
- Once you’ve selected all your items, click Checkout.
- Complete all required details carefully.
- If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to create an account.
4. Payment Options
We offer the following secure payment methods:
- EFT / Cash Deposit
- Credit/Debit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
- SiD Secure EFT, Zapper, Mobicred, Masterpass… and other options
Select your preferred payment method to complete your order.
Pay via EFT / Bank deposit
- After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with our banking details.
- Please use your Order ID as the payment reference and email proof of payment.
- Orders will be automatically cancelled after 3 days if payment or proof is not received.
- Orders are only processed once funds have cleared in our account.
- Payments from banks other than FNB may take up to 48 hours to reflect.
Once payment is received, your order will be processed and you’ll receive tracking details upon dispatch.
Pay via Card /other payment options (Paygate)
- Secure payments are processed via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, an approved South African payment gateway.
- PayGate is PCI compliant and uses advanced encryption (SSL) to protect your information.
- No card details are stored on our website.
Once payment is successful, your order will be processed and you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once dispatched.
Delivery Costs
- View your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon.
- To calculate delivery costs:
- Add all items to your cart
- Enter your delivery details
- Click Update Totals
- Delivery fees typically range between R85 – R100, depending on your location and order.
Shipping / Delivery Time
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
- Delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Main city centres: 2–5 working days
- Remote areas: 5–7 working days
Additional information:
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
- No deliveries on weekends or public holidays
- All orders are shipped via door-to-door courier
- Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched
