How do I purchase?
1. Create an Account / Login
Click on the Login/Register tab at the top right of the website.
- New customers: Register using your email address and create a password
- Returning customers: Simply log in
You can also create your account during checkout.
2. Add Products to Cart
Browse through our products using the menu.
Select the items you would like and add them to your cart.
3. Checkout
Once you’re done shopping, click on your cart and proceed to checkout.
Fill in your details carefully to ensure smooth delivery.
4. Payment Options
We offer a variety of secure payment methods:
- EFT / Cash Deposit
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Instant EFT (SiD Secure)
- Zapper
- Mobicred
- Masterpass
- Additional options may be available at checkout
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your cart.
To view your delivery fee:
- Add all your products to cart
- Enter your delivery details
- Click “Update Totals”
Estimated delivery costs range between R85 – R100.
How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received
- Delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Main city centres: 2–5 working days
- Remote/outlying areas: 5–7 working days
Delivery details:
- Courier: Door-to-door service
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday
- Delivery hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No deliveries on weekends or public holidays
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
