How to use the castor oil wrap small:

1. Drizzle approximately 1–2 tablespoons of castor oil onto the inner flannel side of the wrap, avoiding the edges.
2. Wrap should be saturated but not dripping.
3. Allow the oil to absorb into the fabric for around 30 minutes before use.
4. Place the wrap onto the desired body area and secure comfortably.
5. Wear for at least 1 hour or ideally overnight for maximum comfort and wellness support.

For overnight use, wear older sleepwear and use older bedding or pillowcases to avoid possible oil stains.

Be careful when using overnight, and if used around the neck area.

How often should the castor oil wrap be used?

For best results:

• Use daily for 1–3 hours or longer
• Can be worn overnight
• Use 3–4 consecutive days or several times weekly
• Repeat as needed as part of your wellness routine

Storing Instructions:

• After use, remove the wrap and gently cleanse the skin if desired.
• Store the wrap in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator between uses.

Store the castor oil bottle in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Washing instructions:

To extend the lifespan of your castor oil wrap:

• Wash only when necessary
• Soak overnight in hot water with bicarbonate of soda and natural dish soap
• Hand wash gently with hot water and natural soap
• Blot excess oil using an old towel
• Hang to air dry completely

With proper care, wrap may be reused approximately 30–40 times.
