The Website www.glamouriche.co.za sells cosmetics, body, skincare products and beauty equipment online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

Payment Options Accepted and Orders

Payments can may be made via EFT, bank deposit or via Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Please note that EFT or cash deposits must reflect in our bank account before the order will be shipped.
EFT Payments from banks other than FNB may take up to 48 Hours to clear

Regarding Payments via EFT or bank deposits, when your order is placed you will be emailed with our banking details. When payment is made and the amount reflects your order will be shipped. You will receive an email when your order is being processed and you will also receive an email with the Tracking number when the goods are shipped. All orders are checked and all equipment are checked and tested before dispatch.

 

Export Restrictions

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

 

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Glamouriche via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayGate is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

 

Customer Details separate from Credit Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Glamouriche separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

 

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

Delivery Policy and Shipping Time

Orders are shipped out within 3 business days depending on receipt of payment and it takes between 2-8 days in transit depending where in the country the order is shipped to.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders.

All orders are dispatched via door to door couriers unless advised otherwise due to area not being serviced by our courier company. You will be emailed with other options available like the South African Post Office for remote areas not covered. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Post Office delivery takes 3 to 8 working days.
Please remember to take the parcel card or tracking reference and your ID with you when you go to collect your parcel.

Please Note- the estimate times are the best case scenarios. We do our best to dispatch orders as they come in and we rely on the couriers not experiencing delays or unforeseen circumstances themselves, but we cannot guarantee the delivery times, they are just estimates.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.
The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

 

Refunds and Returns

All products are checked before they are dispatched. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened, tampered or used goods.

In addition to our returns policy you can cancel your order within seven working days as per The Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) (section44) from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Also, retuned goods must be complete with all the accessories included in the original purchase, as well as any Freebies received with the purchase. A 10% handling fee will be charged. Any freight costs incurred for claims or returns will be for the customer/purchasers

Once you have received your goods, please check thoroughly. Any visible damage to the package should be signed as ‘package damaged’ on receiving to the courier delivering. All damages and breakages must be reported within 48hrs of receiving your order to Glamouriche. An email with your order number and an image of the broken or damaged item must be sent to info@glamouriche.co.za
No claims can be accepted after this period.

Equipment

All equipment sold by Glamouriche are checked and tested. All equipment sold by Glamouriche carries a one week guarantee against out of box failure. Any freight costs incurred for claims or returns will be for the customer/purchasers account.

Once you have received your goods, please check thoroughly. Any visible damage to the package should be signed as ‘package damaged’ on receiving to the courier delivering.

Glamouriche reserves the right to refuse any claim should the equipment have been mishandled in any way, failed to have been operated in the meansRe to which it was intended. There should be No physical or liquid damage to equipment or packaging or manuals. Goods must be returned in original packaging.

Defective Goods

If your goods turn out to be defective, According to Chapter 2, Section 56, of the CPA within the first 6 months after you received them from us, we will repair them, replace them or give you a refund, Provided that it is a material defect, and that the defect did not develop as a result of abuse, fair wear and tear, or through not following the user instructions and handling care. Defective goods are those that had a defect when we supplied them.

Glamouriche reserves the right to refuse any claim should the equipment have been mishandled in any way, failed to have been operated in the means to which it was intended. There should be No physical or liquid damage to equipment or packaging or manuals. Goods must be returned in original packaging. You must prove that goods are defective.

Please note that it may not be possible to determine immediately whether goods have been damaged or what the cause of a failure or defect may be. This is of importance as it determines whether the goods may be repaired, replaced or refunded.
If you claim that our goods are defective, our technicians will examine the goods for defects. In the case of physical goods, our technicians will examine the actual goods. They will report to us whether the goods were defective, misused or are of good quality.

If the product is found NOT to be defective , you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund, you will be liable for the costs in having the product redelivered to you.

The warranty will only apply to defects in the process of manufacturing the goods and will not apply in the following instances:
* damage caused by lightning or power surges.
* damage caused by misuse or abuse to the goods.
* Physical or liquid damage
* goods used for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were manufactured.
* goods used contrary to their instruction manuals.
* accidental damage.

Indemnity

Buyer hereby indemnifies Seller, its affiliates and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors in full against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal and other professional fees and expenses) arising as a result of or in connection with Buyer’s purchase, use or resale of the Goods.
